4DT is a holistic therapy practice that focuses on the whole person. We believe that the deepest healing happens when we access and utilize the combined wisdom of the mind, body, and spirit.  Our approach to  counseling  is based in self-compassion, simultaneously offering gratitude to our bodies for all they have done to keep us safe through our lived experiences, while at the same time, accessing the deep Inner Wisdom that facilitates our ability to break old patterns and let go of things that no longer serve us. 

Taking the leap and starting a therapy journey is one of the bravest things anyone can do, and we celebrate the courage that brought you to our virtual front door.
